With the simple push of a button, this mode will increase the amount of smoke, perfect for those who want the maximum authentic wood-fired experience. 

Capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 260°C (500°F), an included meat probe allows you to monitor the temperature of your meat without the need to open the lid and let all of that precious heat and essential smoke escape, as well as letting you know exactly when your meat has reached optimal serving temperature and preventing undercooked meats. If you do have to lift the lid for any reason, you can rest safe in the knowledge that the TurboTemp D2 drivetrain technology will help your grill recover more quickly, as well as improve its startup time, so you can get your meats hotter and faster.

All-terrain wheels are rugged enough to handle moving your grill over a whole range of surfaces, meaning hauling your grill from one place to another will feel like a breeze, whilst the locking caster wheels will keep it firmly in place when you've found your ideal spot.
