Vango Arden Tailgate Touring Awning
The Vango Arden Tailgate Awning is designed to provide a lightweight, compact, and waterproof solution for campers seeking comfort and convenience. Made from 75D fabric with a Hydrostatic Head (HH) rating of 3,000mm, this awning is built to withstand the elements while remaining easy to transport and set up.
With multiple vehicle attachment methods, including pre-attached 6mm kador, 8m over-vehicle straps, roof bar attachment tabs, and a sleeve for pole and clamp kit system, this awning is compatible with any vehicle, making it the perfect addition to your camping setup.
Designed with diamond-clear windows maximize natural light, creating a bright and airy environment, while the mesh front door, fitted with an internal mesh flyscreen, provides excellent, bug-free ventilation. For added privacy, the awning features toggled privacy curtains that are easy to use and can be rolled away when not needed.
The easy pack carry bag ensures effortless packing and storage, with an oversized design that makes it simple to stow away the awning when you're ready to move on. This awning has been fully wind and rain tested to the European standard EN5912, ensuring it performs reliably even in challenging weather conditions.
The Vango PowerFlex® fibreglass poles provide a strong, light, and reliable structure, while the linked-in groundsheet offers the convenience of being able to attach or detach it from the living area for easy cleaning. For safety, clear visibility guylines are included to prevent tripping hazards and to ensure stability in high winds, with key pegging points highlighted in bright orange for easy setup.
With the SkyTrack® II system, you can customize your awning with lighting or storage solutions, enhancing the functionality of your outdoor space. This awning is designed for touring use and can be pitched on the side or rear of your campervan, providing flexibility to suit your needs.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Our standard delivery is free if you spend over £75, however there are a small number of large and heavy products which require a delivery charge, if this is the case you’ll see this in the checkout before you pay.
If you spend under £75 then your standard delivery charge will either be £3.99, £5.99 or sometimes £9.95 depending on the size and weight of your order.
Some of our products will be shipped directly from suppliers and so might have slightly different timescales. If this is the case then it will clearly be indicated in the product information for your awareness. If you have any questions about this please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Returns
We hope that you’ll be happy with what you buy, however if you change your mind then you can return unwanted items within 14 days after purchase.
Items must:
- Be unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact.
- Have proof of purchase, such as a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
We choose to keep the price of our products as low as possible and as such this unfortunately doesn’t allow for free returns. If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, please contact us and we'll walk you through the simple returns process. You'll be able to track the parcels journey back to us, so we can process your refund in the quickest possible time. Please make sure that you sufficiently package up your return to prevent any damage as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We are able to arrange for a collection if that is easier for you, just get in touch and we can help with this.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of reaching our warehouse using the same method that you paid with.
