DELIVERY

We’re pleased to offer FREE standard delivery when you spend £75* or more with us.

Unfortunately we are currently only able to deliver to UK mainland. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY - 2-4 WORKING DAYS

 

Our standard delivery is FREE if you spend over £75 online*. If you spend under £75 then your standard delivery charge will either be £3.99, £5.99 or sometimes £9.95 depending on the size and weight of your order.

 

*Please note - there are a small number of large and heavy products which may require a delivery charge, even if the order total is over £75. If this is the case you’ll see the cost in the checkout before you pay.

 

Some of our larger products and those directly from the manufacturer may have longer delivery timescales, but these will be clear on each individual product next to the 'add to basket' button. Before you place your order, you will also get a message in the checkout, advising the soonest possible day your order will be delivered.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

 

If your order qualifies for the option of next day delivery you will be shown both a standard delivery option and a next day delivery option in the checkout. The charge for next day delivery will be £6.99. If your order is placed before 6pm Monday-Friday it will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 6pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the following day e.g. Orders placed on Friday after 6pm will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

 

We would love to be able to offer next working day delivery on all products, however there are some products where it is not possible due to their size or weight. If this is the case, you’ll only be shown standard delivery options in the checkout before you pay.

RETURNS

 

We're always looking for ways to be more environmentally friendly and so recently made the decision to cut down on excess paper. As such we have removed all invoices and returns information from our deliveries. Don't worry though, our returns process is nice and simple - in the first instance you just need to contact us and we'll explain the quickest and easiest way to help you return your order. We've tried to answer some of the most commonly asked questions below, but if you feel they don't answer your query, just get in touch.

How do I return an item I've changed my mind about?

 

We hope that you'll be happy with whatever you buy, however if you change your mind you have 28 days to return it. You have 14 days to let us know, then 14 days to send the item back to us. The item must be in unused original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact. You'll be refunded for the returned item and the standard delivery paid on your initial order (if returning the full order), within 14 days, using the same method that you paid with.

My item is damaged, how can I return it?

 

My product arrived damaged:

All products leave us in perfect condition, however in the unfortunate situation where a product has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. If you could please send images and a description of the fault we'll be more than happy to help.

 

My product has developed a fault:

All of our products are carefully checked before being sent out but unfortunately on the odd occasion a product might develop a fault.

In the first instance please contact us so that we can help you in the quickest possible time. We will ask for a photo or video of the problem, so that we can quickly identify how to resolve the issue for you.

If there isn't anything we can do and it is within 30 days of purchase, we'll exchange or refund your order.

After 30 days of purchase, we will contact the manufacturer and if a manufacturing fault is found, we'll repair or replace the product, within the warranty period, in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights act 2015.

I've ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

 

We know shopping online for clothing and footwear can be really difficult as unfortunately not one size fits all! We don't have a built-in exchange service (yet!) but we still want to do everything we can to make it the best experience we can for you and make sure you don't lose out. If you contact us to process a return for the item you wish to exchange within 28 days, then re-place the order for the correct size, we will offer you free standard delivery on your exchange order.

 

Please note - the item must qualify as clothing or footwear and be in unused original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact. Once the original item is back you'll be refunded for the returned item and the standard delivery paid on your initial order (if returning the full order), within 14 days, using the same method that you paid with.

How much does a return cost?

 

We choose to keep the price of our products as low as possible and as such this unfortunately doesn't allow for free returns. Prices for returns vary depending on the size and weight of the item so please contact us first to confirm the exact price. Some items can be returned using a QR code or drop off label, but some items will need to be collected due to their size. Please see below rough size guide:

 

Royal mail/parcel size - £3.99-£5.99

Larger items (collection)- £8-£20

Extra large items (such as pallet/2-person deliveries) - contact us for a quote

The above prices are estimated, so we would always ask you to contact us first for your exact price.

I don't have a printer, is this a problem?

 

You don't need a printer! We offer a number of returns options, depending on the size and weight of your item, with various couriers. We can provide QR codes for drop-off points, a printable label and collections from your address.

I bought the item in store, can I return it by post?

 

If you purchased an item in store you will need to return it back to one of our stores, and cannot post it back to our head office. For more information on this please get in touch with the store directly.

 

If you have changed your mind about a product you bought in store then you are able to return it to one of our stores for an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure that the item is unused and in original condition, with all packaging, tags and labels intact. Please note - you must have your receipt.

 

You may return an online order to one of our stores within 14 days of receipt providing it falls within the above criteria. The store will return your item to our warehouse and notify us that you've returned it, so we will process the refund within 14 days.
